Within the Blue Springs School District, we have two high schools and an alternative high school, with a combined total of 3,404 students enrolled. With convenient access to the Kansas City metro area, and approximately 80,000 residents, we are able to provide many social, cultural and educational opportunities including 54 college campuses within driving distance.

History
Team 1785:
Team 1785 was formed in 2004 and competed in their first competition in 2005. The team was formed by Mrs. Cole, Mrs. Brailsford, and Mr. Gran, and has been competing for four years independently. The team has attended the Kansas City Regional every year and went to the Midwest Regional one year. Team awards received include the best pit award and the imagery award.
Team 1996:
Team 1996 was formed in 2005, with the help of Team 1785, and competed in their first competition in 2006. The team was formed by Mrs. Schnakenberg and Mrs. Balano and has been competing three years independently. The team has gone to the Kansas City Regional every year, the cow-town throw-down, and St. Louis Regional. Team awards received include imagery award and the judge's award.
